1. The area was inspected by technicians to identify problem areas & and general characteristics of the carpet.
2. Furniture, rugs, and other items removed from the area to be cleaned.
3. Precautions such as walk-off mats, corner guards, and moving blankets are set up to protect delicate surfaces.
4. The carpet or any floor type is to be swept or vacuumed prior to any cleaning.
5. To clean Carpets we spray with a preconditioning agent to degrade built-up soiling.
6. Heavily soiled or stained spots pre-treated with a safe yet high-strength solution to facilitate removal.
7. Full carpet agitated with an oscillator or rotary machine to further dislodge soiling, particularly in high-traffic
areas.
8. The carpet is cleaned with a state-of-the-art cleaning process using high-efficiency pressure and heat
extraction with a simultaneous industrial vacuum wand to ensure the carpet is not over-wetted.
9. Any remaining spots are treated with additional spot treatment.
10. Approved neutralizer applied to the carpet to maintain pH balance and prevent sticky residue.
11. Carpet groomed to improve texture and dry time.
12. Carpet dried using high-efficiency air circulation.
